honestly, the tray gives my phone a place to sit while charging. i like seeing my phone. getting it lined up took some getting used to.
i keep coming back to plugging my phone in directly. i can glance at messages without picking up my phone honestly!
i liked seeing my messages on the stand, that part was good. but getting the placement right every single time got old. half the time i reached 4 a cable instead. i wanted easy. it was a project, tbh. i kept adjusting it, nudging it, checking if it was charging. not the desk life i pictured.
We're sorry positioning your phone for charging has been frustrating. For help checking placement and your setup, please visit https://support.energizerpowerpacks.com/.
i like keeping my phone upright beside my monitor. its nice having a spot for the phone instead of more desk clutter.
We appreciate your kind words. Thank you for your review.
i use it beside my monitor. nice to set my phone down to charge instead of plugging it in each time.
