Thank you for shopping with Energizer. We aim to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for your orders placed through our Shopify store in the United States. Please review our shipping policy below for details.

1. Shipping Regions

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates starting from the shipment date, not the order date. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and selected shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.
  • Additional charges may apply for expedited or overnight shipping options.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.

5. Tracking Information

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Track your package via the carrier’s website or your Shopify account.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Products containing lithium-ion batteries (e.g., power banks) may be subject to carrier restrictions. Affected orders will be flagged at checkout.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@tennrich.com with photos of the damage.
  • Lost Shipments: For packages not delivered, reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
